Project description
Commercial and office complex Dunaj consists of two interconnected buildings in the center of Bratislava. Older building Dunaj I was constructed in 1936 in the functionalist style. Design is a work of prominent Austrian architect Christian Ludwig. The building, listed in the register of cultural monuments, provides a total of over 2,740 sq m of leasable space divided between offices, warehouses and retail space. The building Dunaj II from 1985 offers the same flexibility. Formerly known as Dům odievania, the building is not under historical protection, has also six floors and offers over 5,410 sq m of rentable area.
